 Exchange Policy (INDIA)

PLEASE NOTE :- WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED CERTAIN CHANGES TO OUR EXCHANGE POLICY TO ENSURE 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO READ ALL THE DETAILS CAREFULLY

 

Exchanges can only be processed for Size/Color Change.

Please send an email at support@trenbee.com to get your exchange request approved or you can fill the exchange form given below

FOR EMAIL :- In the subject of the email please mention:

  1. " Exchange for order <insert your order number here>"
  2. Please mention the size that you want in exchange in the email in the format below
  • Name - <Enter the name of the consignee>
  • Size Received - <Enter the size received >
  • Exchange Size Required - < Insert the exchange size required >
  • If  you have multiple products in your order, please specify the product that you want the size exchanged for.
  • Attach the image of the invoice/label/product received

 

Please Note that the customer has to send the product to be exchanged to our warehouse.We do not provide reverse pick ups.

Trenbee will accept Size Exchange of an item only if the following conditions are met:

  1. You can apply for the exchange of the item received within seven working days of receiving the product.
  2. You are requested to ship the product within 7 working days once your request is approved.
  3. The product should be sent back to us (address will be provided at the time of approval email) and only after receiving it, we will reship the required product size/color ( subject to availability) 
  4. The tags on the product should be intact.
  5. The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
  6. Size and color exchanges can be approved for an order only once.
  7. Please make sure you retain the courier receipt/label used to send the product to our warehouse (address will be given at the time of the approval email)
  8. The usual time of dispatch of your size/color exchange order is 2-3 Business Days after we receive your product at our warehouse (subject to size availability)
  9. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We do not provide reverse pick ups.

Trenbee reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.

Note: Products on sale/ promotions will not be eligible for a exchange request.

 

Exchange Policy (INTERNATIONAL)

We do not provide any returns or exchange on any of the order unless the product received is fully damaged or faulty.
