please note there is no exchange policy applicable on any of the products under the essential supply category.To claim for the shortage or wrong product received. Kindly contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel


please note due to the COVID-19 situations,we are not facilitating any reverse pickup service for exchange shipments.Kindly contact our support team. This step is taken to ensure the safety at dispatching centers

  1. All the purchases will be non-refundable.
  2. Exchanges are accepted, if the customer wishes to exchange a particular product then the product should be sent back to us and only after receiving it,  we will reship the required product in the requested size or color. 
  3. To proceed with the exchange request, Kindly drop us a email with the ORDER ID, NAME , LOCATION , SIZE/COLOR RECEIVED, SIZE/COLOR REQUESTED. you will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours for approval of exchange request along with the address where the parcel need to be shipped
  4. Kindly send the product in its original form and packaging. Any damage to the product caused will lead to additional cost added on top of Reshipping charges 
  5. Please maintain the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
  6. Please mention your name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the size you need in exchange.
  7. PLEASE NOTE :- WE WILL ONLY FACILITATE EXCHANGE ON THE SAME PRODUCT FOR DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT COLOR ONLY. 
  8. IF THE REQUESTED SIZE/COLOR IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE GIVEN SIZE/COLOR,THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
  9. ALL PURCHASES MADE ON OFFERS AND DISCOUNT ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE
  10. FREE PRODUCTS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE
  11. IN CASE OF EXCHANGE NEEDED 150Rs. WILL BE CHARGED AS RESHIPPING
  12. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON BAGS and JEWELLERY
  13. Exchanges can be processed only once per order.(With given criteria)
  14. All products that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
