- Exchanges are accepted, if the customer wishes to exchange a particular product then the product should be sent back to us and only after receiving it, we will reship the required product in the requested size or color.
- To proceed with the exchange request, Kindly drop us a email with the ORDER ID, NAME , LOCATION , SIZE/COLOR RECEIVED, SIZE/COLOR REQUESTED. you will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours for approval of exchange request along with the address where the parcel need to be shipped
- Kindly send the product in its original form and packaging. Any damage to the product caused will lead to additional cost added on top of Reshipping charges
- Please maintain the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
- Please mention your name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the size you need in exchange.
- PLEASE NOTE :- WE WILL ONLY FACILITATE EXCHANGE ON THE SAME PRODUCT FOR DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT COLOR ONLY.
- IF THE REQUESTED SIZE/COLOR IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE GIVEN SIZE/COLOR,THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
- ALL PURCHASES MADE ON OFFERS AND DISCOUNT ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE
- FREE PRODUCTS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE
- IN CASE OF EXCHANGE NEEDED 150Rs. WILL BE CHARGED AS RESHIPPING
- NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON BAGS and JEWELLERY
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order.(With given criteria)
- All products that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
