At Trenbee, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We have implemented certain changes to our exchange policy to better serve you. Please carefully review the following details:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges can only be processed for Size/Color Change. Additionally, you have the option to exchange your order with any other product of the same amount or higher.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

You can raise a return or exchange request hassle-free through our website by - click here or by contacting our support team at support@trenbee.com. When contacting us via email, please include the following information in the subject line: "Exchange for order [insert your order number here]".

In the email, please provide the following details:

  • Name: [Enter the name of the consignee]
  • Size Received: [Enter the size received]
  • Exchange Size Required: [Insert the exchange size required]
  • If you have multiple products in your order, please specify the product for which you want the size exchanged.
  • Attach an image of the invoice/label/product received.

Conditions for Size Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within seven working days of receiving the product.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.
  • Size and color exchanges can only be approved for an order once.
  • Products on sale/promotions are not eligible for exchange.

Process for Exchange:

Once your exchange request is approved, we offer hassle-free reverse pickups at an additional cost, which is to be paid upfront. After booking the pickup, kindly hand over the product in its original packaging along with the invoice to the delivery representative.

Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, the usual time of dispatch for your size/color exchange order is 2-3 Business Days, subject to availability. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched.

Please note that Trenbee reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
