To apply for the return of any item/items

  • All claims for shortages or damages or any concern must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery ( Within 24 hours ) with the appropriate image of the product along with its packaging and invoice to validate the same along with your NAME AND ORDER ID AND THE IMAGE OF THE INVOICE in the below provided submission Form.It is mandatory to provide the requested information within 24 hours of the instructions provided. Failure to do that will lead to cancellation or rejection of the concern raised by the customer.
  • our estimated response time is 24-48 working hours ( MONDAY - FRIDAY 11AM TO 6PM) . However we do have automated responses generated right after we receive your mail which has all the necessary information and links for further assistance. Kindly do not make claims for no response by the team under such circumstances. Our customer care representative will revert back to your email only if the concern raised is not covered in the automated response.
  • Kindly measure the product using an inch tape before claiming for a wrong size delivered issue and share the image with us.
  • It is mandatory to provide pictures of defective area highlighting the issue you are claiming for. Kindly include a brief description of the issue to ensure faster returns
  • To claim for wrong size delivered it is mandatory to provide measurement pictures using an inch tape.
  • In case the return/exchange request is approved by quality team , we request you to please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and validation performed by the Quality Team. If you claim a defect in the product, if a different size is delivered from the ordered size or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please fill out the form below with product images/measurement picture and the order ID, within 24 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check. If the product qualifies the quality check, we shall approve return/exchange process.Our quality check is performed in accordance to the information provided in the return policy and terms and conditions only.
  • Trenbee may refuse a return/ refund / exchange request if we find fraud,return abuse,means of threats or warnings,offensive comments on posts and campaigns or other manipulative behavior that entitles Trenbee to a corresponding counterclaims . Any sort of warnings/threats or misbehavior with the customer support representative is highly condemned and strict actions will be taken against it.   • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  • Please ensure that the size and product material is specified while placing the order. All our products are checked upon dispatching and ensured that the best product and accurate size is delivered. 

Due to the nature,type and availability of our products, all sales are final. We will only replace defective products when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. 

Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping or wrong parcel ( color/size from the ordered size ) received cannot be accepted. All our products are tested for market response and quality therefore we don’t facilitate returns based on quality claims.
